Needing a new desk, we found something beyond our wildest dreams at a price we could afford. Ted Mees, our salesman even managed to get the price reduced from the already-low display model. He also suggested we consider their five-year free-refill furniture care package, the quality of which my wife loves. We've already been back for the free refills.

We visited the St George store in search of a new sofa and chair. We were greeted by Elden, who made a few recommendations based on what we told him what we were looking for. He was very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the fact that he didn’t follow us around, but he was
nearby if we had any questions. The store has a large inventory on the showroom floor, as well as many pieces in stock. We ended up not buying anything, but highly recommend Elden and the St George store.

Very pleased with the service we received from Elden Brittain. He was patient with us and answered all our questions. It's very rare when my husband buys furniture at the first place we go to. So that says alot about the service and furniture that we bought from the St George store.

Every time we need furniture, nobody beats Furniture Row! This time it was a mattress—we went to 3 other mattress stores and nobody had the selection, stock, nor unbeatable prices that FR had. there staff is always friendly and helpful.

They have a great selection, and I liked that we were able to walk around without being immediately attacked by a sales person. And once my couch came in and it didn't work in our area the sales person was so kind and helpful getting a piece exchanged so that the sectional did work! Will definitely be going back to make other purchases in the future.

Store Review
I enjoyed my experience at this store. I was looking for a sectional. The manager assisted me with such great patience!! She was amazing, caring and extremely knowledgeable about all of the pieces I chose to look at. Even when I called back to change my order, she was again, very patient with an indecisive customer. But she was so helpful! A great store overall!!

The Best!
We have been shopping at the St. George, Utah location for several years. Every time we get excellent customer service and great value.
We love the furniture selection and Jeri R. always goes the extra mile for us. They have gone out of their way to work with us on delivery dates, returns, and any other issues. We will continue to shop here and recommend them to friends.

We have shopped here before and loved the service and helpfulness of the staff. We love the Mendocino line and are thrilled it’s coming back... in the meantime we purchased the Optimus sofa group. Love how we could come in and sit, relax, and know we made the right choice instead of going to other local, high priced stores!

Hey guys! I purchased a few things from this location. To start it off I purchased the show room display k2 leather sectional that they had for sale. Pick up was pretty easy they loaded and helped me strap down everything. I had a piece of the sectional broken so they sent somebody out to fix it and they did a good job coming out to help fix that. I also bought a table with chairs that was on their Black Friday sale. I’m not sure what one exactly but they helped me load up my pickup then I just had to assemble the table. So all in all it was to bad. Their staff is super friendly and wants to help you get what you need and their prices were a whole lot cheaper then all the other retail furniture stores in town. Good job guys I’d purchase from you again thank you!!!

Great Experience @ Furniture Row, St George, UT
We just stopped in to look for a new couch @ Furniture Row, St. George, UT and were pleasantly surprised at the quality and selection of couches available. With the help of Jimmy and his expertise and assistance, we bought a beautiful couch on the spot. We also looked at new mattresses and plan to return shortly to make that purchase. Thanks Jimmy and Furniture Row.

Very pleased
Purchased a bedroom set and couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. The sales people were all busy so the salesman from the mattress area offered to get me started until one of them was available. I thought that was exceptional since they probably work on commission and he wouldn't make anything extra for assisting me. This was the first of two somewhat large purchases I have made at Rurniture Row in as many days and I wouldn't hesitant to go back a third time if the need arose. They treat you with respect and actually appreciate your business.

Very Pleased
I was very pleased with my experience to the St. George Sofa Mart. I went in one night to look and the next night I came in and purchased a sofa and 3 tables. All the staff were pleasant and helpful and I was there very close to closing time. I am terrible at names but I believe my salespersons name was Jeri and she was very helpful and easy to work with it. I appreciated her honestly about when I could expect my furniture to arrive she gave me both best and worst case scenarios. I have already told several friends about my experience and how happy I am with my visit. One more thing there was even an employee who wasn't on the clock who even chipped in and helped, all the employees seemed to enjoy working there and working together as a team..

Awesome staff
By far the best furniture buying experience of any store I've shopped in. Everyone I've dealt with has gone above and beyond expectations.
If you're shopping for furniture this is definitely the place to put first on your list. I shopped all over town and online too and I ended up coming back to Furniture Row to buy everything from bed to sofa, lamps to decorations. Just added a recliner for the livingroom that will be delivered next week, days earlier than expected. (Thank you Jeri!)
Try them you'll like them, no, you'll love them!

Perfect Couches
We had a great experience buying our new couches from Furniture Row! The sfaff was very friendly and did not "pressure" us trying to make us buy anything unlike most furniture stores we have visited. We loved this and it make shopping so much easier. The couches are great quality and worth every penny. We would definitely recommend others to shop Furniture Row!

Love our new mattress
We had the opportunity to spend some time with Chris at the St. George, UT Furniture Row Denver Mattress Store. He was very knowledgable about all of the different mattress options available and was able to help us narrow the options based on our specific needs. It was the best mattress buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure. He gave us options and information and allowed us time to discuss it with each other and make an informed decision that worked for us.

We bought a sectional from sofa mart. They were amazing! We changed our minds on colors and a few other things. The manager bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our purchase and had a good experience. I haven't experienced costumers service like this in a long time or maybe ever. He went above and beyond anything I expected. It was incredible refreshing. Thank you from one happy and now loyal customer.

Great service!
The store on 235 E Sunland Dr in St. George Utah is excellent! I bought a bed, dresser and nightstand from them 3 years ago and I just recently went back to purchase another dresser and nightstand in the set. They were very helpful with the financing process as well as giving me a screaming deal! Thank you so much Oak Express and Furniture Row!!

Awesome experience
I walked in with a price limit and knew exactly what items I was searching for. I told the sales rep and she showed me exactly what was in my price range, did not try to pressure me into anything above it or to buy something else. I was in and out of the store, purchased my 2 items in less than 20 minutes. I am very impressed with the customer service and selection of furniture, I will be going back in the future.

Great prices
We went to Furniture row after going to 3 other furniture store looking for a sectional. I liked their prices and the quality of their products. Once we decided on a sectional they said it would take 10-14 days to get it, which is really good. My husband wanted something sooner. The sales associate showed us a sectional in our color, it was clearance and the floor model was available the next day. I liked the other sectional better but you actually got more for you money with this one and we could get it the next day so we went with it. It's being delivered in a couple of hours and I can't wait to get it.

Perfect!
My wife said we need a new couch and wanted it before this weekend. We went to several places and were pleasantly surprised by what we found at Furniture Row. What really set them apart was the genuine help they provided. They even pulled out other colors from the back so we could find the one we liked the most! Great couch, awesome price and superior customer service.

Wonderful service and quality products
My husband and I went in on a whim to get ideas on prices for a new bed as we had never been in before. We were greeted so nicely and allowed to look without the pressure that comes from most sales personnel but still had them available to answer all our questions. We were also treated kind and never felt rushed or as if we were wasting their time. It was like having a close friend help find you want you are looking for. We walked out buying a beautiful real wood bedroom set, instead of just a bed, that we both felt really good about and a new mattress. I would totally recommend to everyone that this be your first stop because you won't need to waste time on any other places.

Check out special promotions and products. I
I really enjoyed my experience at Furniture Row. I was looking for a sectional, a sofa sleeper and a dresser. They have a great selection of sofas, but not sofa sleepers. The two sales people I worked with were helpful and informative without hovering or being pushy. Danielle went the extra mile by allowing me to check out a drawer from the dresser I was interested in to see if the color and style would match the rest of my bedroom set. I ended up buying two dressers at a great price. I am still considering other purchases. I have purchased several items in the past and have been very pleased with the quality of the furniture and the service. I appreciate being notified of their private sales and their financing options.
